INGREDIENTS 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 125g margarine ½ cup oil ¼ cup cocoa 1 cup water 2 lightly beaten eggs 1t vanilla essence 1t bicarbonate of soda ½ cup buttermilk ICING: 125g margarine 2T cocoa 21/2T buttermilk 250g icing sugar ½ t vanilla essence METHOD: 1. Stir together sugar and flour 2. Boil the margarine, oil, cocoa and water together. 3. Pour over the sugar and flour mixture 4. Add the rest of the ingredients 5. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes ICING: Boil margarine, cocoa and buttermilk Remove from heat and add icing sugar and vanilla essence.
