Hillcrest Farm is the home of Abbotts Hill Wines.

Our wines are made from a 10ha vineyard planted with shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and mourvedre dryland bush vines. The combination of natural gravel slopes and extreme weather conditions produce berries with intense, concentrated flavours that make for characterful, interesting wines.

The grapes are harvested by hand when they are at their best, and the wine is made by the family using traditional wine-making methods. The process is kept simple and natural and the wine reflects the life of the grape in the vineyard.

The cellar has grown out of the owners' passion for red wine, and the dream to produce a wine that is unique and recognisable as one from the Malmesbury region.

Abbotts Hill wines are only available directly from the farm and you are welcome to phone to taste the wines in the cellar. We also offer group wine making days where one can experience the whole process from harvest to bottling with the option of purchasing your own produce at the end of the year.
